FAQ
Will we always see whales?
We see whales or dolphins on the vast majority of our trips thanks to Tenerife's resident population of pilot whales and bottlenose dolphins. However, as these are wild animals in their natural habitat, sightings can never be guaranteed. Our experienced captain always does everything possible to find them while ensuring a safe and enjoyable excursion.
Where do we meet?
We meet at Marina del Sur, Pontoon No. 3, Las Galletas, Tenerife. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure. You'll receive the exact location and Google Maps link in your confirmation email.
Can children join?
Absolutely! Children are welcome on board and often enjoy spotting whales and dolphins. Children aged 2 to 11 years benefit from a reduced price. For safety reasons, infants under 2 years old are not permitted on our shared whale watching excursions. If you're travelling with a baby, we recommend booking a private charter, where we can better accommodate your family's needs.
Can I swim?
Yes. Weather and sea conditions permitting, we stop in a beautiful bay where you can swim & snorkelin Tenerife's crystal-clear waters. Snorkelling equipment is included in your excursion.
